- Provide technical project management and leadership in the overall production of a high-quality ultrasound training client-server application using Agile and Scrum methodologies. This product incorporates both software and hardware elements.
- Manage a collaborative team of software engineers, QA analysts, and product managers to deliver a high-quality ultrasound training simulation product.
- Responsible for technical production schedule and translation of changing business requirements and feature sets into production cycles.
- Produce iterative releases every 2 weeks as part of our Scrum methodology.
- Liaison between Executive Management and Development Team
- Scale technical team as company expands over the next 12-24 months.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations on Product Fulfillment, including management of Release Versioning Software, Activation Files, Software Updates and Upgrades, Server Management and Data Transfer
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Oversee continual improvement of the code base through targeted refactoring, working unit tests, and any necessary design documentation. Importantly, this will include an overall transition from C++ code base to Unity.
- Employ Quality Assurance best practices and standards defining, collecting, and interpreting metrics and diagrams.
